Turn microscopy and plate images into print-ready relief models
Quick start
1. Upload a greyscale or colour image of your agar plate.
2. Remove the background and invert the relief if needed.
3. Adjust the height, then drag the 3D preview to inspect it.
4. Click Download STL to save your 3D model for printing. Tip: Higher contrast creates more pronounced 3D features.
